Hifadhi-Livelihoods Improved Cookstove Project in Tharaka Nithi County, Kenya
The objective of this project is to make efficient cook stoves affordable and available to low income rural households across Tharaka Nithi County, Republic of Kenya. Thus, this project aims at manufacturing and distributing improved cookstoves, that save up to 60% of fuel wood in comparison to traditional stoves to cook the same amount of food.
