GS23449 VPA-1 Building Climate Resilience through Agroforestry Practices in Tanzania

The VPA aims at implementing sustainable agroforestry practices in agricultural and non-agricultural land across Tanzania. By integrating plantation practices with existing land use practices of the communities, this strategic initiative will contribute significantly towards carbon sequestration while also promoting improved soil health, enhanced biodiversity, and increased local employment opportunities.
