Solar Water Heater Program in India is a small scale CDM Programme of Activity (PoA). The purpose of the Programme is to install a SWH in residential as well as commercial buildings throughout India. The program saves electricity generated from fossil fuel by using renewable energy to meet hot water requirement and will result in reduction of CO2 emissions.
