Uduma's Safe Water Project in Mali

Uduma's Safe Water Project in Mali provides safe water to rural communities in Mali. Uduma installs low-emission water treatment technologies (in-line chlorination) to existing water supply systems, maintains the systems, and expands systems to reach those in need. The resulting safe water replaces the need to burn non-renewable biomass in water boiling for purification. This avoidance of fuel combustion reduces Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions and positively contributes to climate change goals and sustainable development goals.
