NorthWind Bangui Bay Project

The project is a 33 MW wind turbine power plant located in Bangui Bay (Republic of the Philippines) that produces electricity without emitting greenhouse gases (GHG). The electricity generated by the project displaces grid electricity generated from fossil fuels and reduces GHG emissions by an amount of approximately 59,284 tCO2e (tons of carbon dioxide equivalent) per year for the duration of the project activity. The project was developed by NorthWind Power Development Corporation (NorthWind).
