SAG Solar Park
The SAG Solar Park project consists of a 25.7 MWp (19.8 MWn-ac) grid-connected photovoltaic power plant located in San Antonio de Guerra, Santo Domingo Province, Dominican Republic. The project will generate approximately 42,726 MWh of renewable electricity annually, supplying clean energy to the national grid (SENI) and reducing around 27,772 tCO₂e per year. By increasing the share of renewable energy in the country’s electricity mix, the project contributes to SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through the creation of employment opportunities during construction and operation.
