Building Climate Resilience through Agroforestry Practices in Tanzania
The PoA aims at implementing sustainable agroforestry practices in agricultural and non-agricultural land in various regions of Tanzania. By integrating plantation practices with existing land use practices of the communities, this strategic initiative will contribute significantly towards carbon sequestration while also delivering additional environmental benefits such as improved soil health, enhanced biodiversity, and increased local employment opportunities.
