The project shall consist of the construction and operation of a biogas facility in the City of Naga on the island of Cebu, Philippines. The facility will convert the organic fraction of municipal solid waste to biogas. The biogas generated during the digestion of the organic waste will be subsequently utilized for the generation of renewable energy.
