Hybrid BESS Project in Karnataka by Solarcraft Power India 16 Private Limited
The purpose of the project is to generate electricity by harnessing the solar and wind energy by using solar photovoltaic technology and wind turbine generators respectively and there by feed the generated electricity to the Indian national grid. Project has the contracted capacity of 150 MW for electricity supply, which involves the installation of 105 MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant and 211.2 MW wind power plant combined with BESS (100 MWh) in Aland, Karnataka state, India. The project is yet to be commissioned and the generated electricity will be supplied to the Indian grid.
